Curated by Crothers is a boutique event design and planning studio producing private events defined by restraint, intention, and detail. Each gathering is approached as a singular experience, shaped quietly behind the scenes and executed with precision.
We believe events are not manufactured moments, but lived and shared experiences. Led by Certified Meeting Professional, Chelsea Crothers, the studio operates at the intersection of international hospitality, disciplined production, and editorial design. This approach is grounded in an early career spanning over a decade in hospitality and tourism in The Bahamas, where work with private clients demanded discretion, precision, and service fluency; shaping a practice defined by restraint, intention, and service-driven execution.
Her background further includes collaborations with internationally recognized organizations across cultural, corporate, and creative sectors, developed through her tenure as Events Manager at the Canadian Film Centre; including work with Canada Post, Air Canada, Netflix, and Aga Khan Museum. This experience encompasses senior event leadership across Canada’s cultural and philanthropic landscape, delivering high-profile industry events and donor-driven gatherings aligned with Toronto’s film and creative communities, collectively hosting over 1,500 guests while maintaining a precise, guest-centered approach. Her work centers on refined, experience-driven celebrations rooted in narrative, atmosphere, and the quiet details that give gatherings meaning long after the last guest has gone home. Each project begins with context; the people, the place, the purpose, and unfolds through considered design, disciplined execution, and an editorial sensibility that favours timelessness over trend.
Every commission is approached with the same philosophy: thoughtful planning, elevated aesthetics, and seamless production.
